HOLTER MONITORING RENTAL

If you are interested in using Hive Boxers’ DR200 Holter Monitor, please email hiveboxers@hotmail.com or text 604-862-2587 for availability. I typically respond within 24–48 hours—if you do not hear back, please follow up, as emails can occasionally end up in spam folders. When emailing, please include your preferred rental dates and the number of kits required. Rentals are available for 4, 7, or 14 days.

To support a smooth testing process, each rental includes detailed setup instructions, including electrode placement and proper lead attachment. The DR200 digital Holter monitor is provided with every rental, along with a Holter vest designed for Boxer-Doberman sized dogs to help protect the leads and monitor during the required 24-hour recording period.

We offer flexible Holter Monitor rental plans to fit your needs:

· $99 CAD for a 4-day rental – Ideal for testing a single dog only.

· $149 CAD for a 10-day rental – Suitable for testing one dog or multiple dogs.

· $199 CAD for a 14-day rental – Designed for testing multiple dogs.

 

Additional days will be charged $20.00 CAD per day - to be paid upon return of the Holter to the Holter Owner. Rental includes, one digital memory card, Card reader, lead set, one vest and hook up instructions. Additional days or kits and rental payments to be paid by Renter via credit card or e-transfer at hiveboxers@hotmail.com. All fees are to be paid in CAD Before Holter and Rental Agreement signed, will be shipped. 

DEPOSIT

 Deposit needed to rent Holter monitor is $2000.00 CAD

This is refunded once the Holter device is returned.
Damage fees: 

The Renter is responsible for the condition of the Holter, Leads, and the Holter vest. Any damage to any of these items will be the responsibility of the Renter to replace. If the Holter is damaged, the replacement cost of the Holter is no less than $1495.00 USD, destruction/damage of the leads is no less than $135.00 USD and the replacement of the Holter vest is no less than $180.00 USD depending on size you rented.(http://www.albamedical.com) 

 

Extent of damage will be assessed by the Holter owner  and Alba Rep and relayed to the Renter within 5 business days of the return of said Holter. Renter has 24 hours upon receiving Holter to assess overall condition and notify Holter Owner of any damage or issues before use. Renter is also responsible for the return of the Holter and the required Insurance to cover $2000.00 in the event of loss/damage of equipment. The Renter must monitor the Holter wearing dog at all times. 

 

We will charge the exact amount that we are charged by supplier to replace damaged items.
